We have been working directly with employers for many years.
We have long-standing partnerships with them.

As a rule, we work remotely with all clients around the world.
Our main office is located in Kyiv, Ukraine and we have many branches in other European countries where our staff of specialists work.

If you have previously been in Europe and had any offences there, you will be denied a visa and we will not be able to return the advances paid due to the absence of our fault.
Also, the consul may make a negative decision (рішення) and refuse you a visa for some financial or other reasons that also arose through no fault of ours.
For example, the consul may believe that you are an unreliable person who wants to immigrate to Europe and use a work visa for this purpose.
However, we always help to appeal such decisions with the help of our employer partners.

  • if the client fails to pay the balance of the amount of services after receiving the visa | permit;
  • If the client fails to report to the place of work within 30 days after receiving the visa;
  • if, after obtaining a residence permit to the desired country, the client leaves the place of work and changes the country of residence;
  • in case of violation of the legislation of the country of employment.

You need to prepare all the necessary documents carefully and provide all the necessary information for further consideration by the consulate.

An employer can refuse to hire you for many reasons, for example, if you are older than the desired age, if you are not physically capable, if you do not speak English or the local language, or if you have not provided the required documents and information about yourself.

There are standard requirements for applicants: age, knowledge of English, specialist (presence or absence certificate/diploma of professional education), a police certificate of criminal record with an apostille and legalization at the consulate of the country in which you plan to work and obtain a visa, absence of offenses in European countries, etc.

If the visa refusal is not due to our fault or the fault of the employer, but due to your circumstances or the council’s decision regarding your unreliability, the money you paid will not be refunded, but we will help you file an appeal with the consulate on behalf of your employer.
We cannot provide any guarantees that you will receive a visa or residence permit, as no other company can, only the consul can guarantee a positive decision in issuing you a permit.

We provide a full package of necessary documents for obtaining work visas and residence permits to various European countries at the candidate’s place of residence, we can also help with registration for further submission of these documents to some European consulates in the country of residence, but only a consul who makes a positive decision can guarantee 100% visa issuance to clients.

This is all we can guarantee for you and your clients.
Thank you for your understanding.

As for the payment after the visa is issued, we have to take advances at different stages of the paperwork, since payment on the spot (after the client receives the visa) cannot be guaranteed by you, and we cannot provide a loan to each applicant.

The full cost of services (30%) can be paid by the candidate after receiving a visa (except for Albania, Poland).

If the consul refuses to issue a visa or permission due to the expiration of quotas for employees, distrust of the applicant’s intentions or his financial insolvency or for other reasons beyond the control of the employer, we will not be able to return the amount paid by you, because the employer has fully fulfilled its obligations and cannot influence the consul’s decision.
We will provide the client with the opportunity to appeal to the consulate for free within 30 days from the date of refusal – this will significantly increase the chances of re-receiving a positive decision!

All the salaries indicated in our vacancies are true, but at the time your client receives a visa, the vacancy may be closed, because the employer cannot wait until each client receives a visa, in which case he will be offered a similar or better vacancy with a similar salary.

– We don’t know how to guarantee you 100% of our integrity and honesty in doing business with our partners, as you cannot provide us with a 100% guarantee of payment after you or your clients receive a visa, so you must decide this issue of trust yourself.
– We can only guarantee the authenticity of our documents, our experience since 2002, our reputation among our clients around the world and provide you with samples of some visas and certificates that our clients have received in the recent period.
– Unfortunately, your clients always have and will have a risk of losing money due to a visa refusal by the consul, so we explain this honestly and each client makes his/her own decision.
– Our goal is to provide genuine documents from verified employers to applicants and help them complete the entire visa application procedure correctly and with maximum chances.
